ASSEMBLY OF THE STANDS

- The locations will be at the disposition of the awarders 15 days before the date of opening.

- Once in the pavilion and before beginning the works of assembly, We have to verify with the One in charge of the pavilion the contracted location of stand and services.

- The facilities and their decoration will have to become in agreement with the presented/ displayed projects, without executing works that have not been previously authorized by the Direction.

- The exhibitors will have finished to their facilities 24 hours before the inauguration of the Exhibition. The articles will have to be exposed the eve.

- The circulation of vehicles to supply of products the pavilions and stands during the Week, will be solely able to take place in the morning from 6 to 9 and from 2 to 4 of afternoon, being asked for each exhibitor a permission individualized to the Organization.

- Passed the period of settling down for the assembly of stand, all the materials that even remain in the common zones of the pavilion the exhibitor, as well as the companies contracted and/or subcontracted, all rights to protest because of lost or damages in and being will be retired by Sepor, losing on behalf of these, the expenses derived to their retirement, that they will be invoiced by Sepor.

- For coming to the assembly with his stand, the exhibitor will have to obtain an authorization of assembly, sent by the Organization, who credits that she has satisfied the amount with the contracted services, as of the 100% of the amount of stand, this authorization is the only valued document so that the Organization authorizes the entrance of merchandise as well as the workings of beginning of assembly.

- The height standardized of stands is of meters.

- The stands of design will have to consider that the adjacent walls with others stands should not leave no element at sight that would distort the image and the aesthetic of the Fair, such as cables and other materials, which are to be suitable to the surfaces and the finition.

- The Organization has established the following schedule of assembly:
The days of assembly will be 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, of 8:00 hours to 14:00 hours and 17:00 hours to 22:00 hours. Until the day 15 to 16:00 hours to complete details.

Maintenance of stands

- Stands will have to remain open to the public during the course of the exhibition, at any moment being taken care of by the personnel designated by the exhibitors.

- The exhibitors take care of the general cleaning of the enclosure.

- The cleaning of stands (that will have to become in hours from 8 to 10 and of 14:00 to 17:00), the exhibitors will have to deposit the remainders in the places designated to the effect.

Disassembling of stands

- No exhibitor will be able to extract his installation before the date indicated for the closing, being forced to conserve it in a good shape and suitable aspect.

- The clearing of stands began the day after the closing of the Contest, having to be finished in a term of 24 hours.

- For the retirement of the enclosure of the exposed samples and elements of installation and decoration, the express authorization of the Direction will be necessary, that will not be granted to the exhibitors who are not to the current of their payments, they have disassembled its material or left the space occupied in its “prior-to-arrival” state.

- If the person concerned fail not retire the merchandise and elements of his/her installation and decorations, the Exhibition will be able to decree its storage, running as much the risks as the expenses of transport, warehouse and monitoring on behalf of the proprietors.

- The exhibitors commit themselves to leave locations occupied in the same form in which they received them, committing themselves to repair any flaw caused by works made for the presentation to the completion of the Contest, he will make the Direction of he himself, passing the corresponding position to the expository company/signature.

- The night of the closing is advised to the exhibitor, to retire of stand the objects and material of value, because the organization does not respond of the cattle and exposed material.
