HE NOURISHING SECURITY IN THE CATTLE PRODUCTION
SEPOR FULFILLS THE NORMS
Another year more SEPOR tries to cover the expectations that every day consider in the cattle production.
This year is crucial due to all the new legislation that this preparing itself, especially regarding the aspect of Nourishing Security. Including in all the norm that colloquially has denominated “Package of Hygiene”. This norm of is forced fulfillment in all the nourishing industry. As all know the operations cattle are the first link within the chain of food production, due to it they must fulfill the legislation nourishing just as the rest of the links; these they are doing already it.
SEPOR, like every year, tries, with the program that has been designed for the scientific days, to develop to conferences and communications where the “strong plate” is the Nourishing Security” in the cattle production and concretely in the pig one, approaching the first norm that is going to affect the production of pigs; the Determination of the Prevalence of Salmonella and its Control in the pig operations, conscious SEPOR of their importance will offer exhibitions where it stands the determination of prevalence of Salmonella and its Control, in the scope of the region of Murcia, in a national scope and an international scope.
All this framed in the day that also will approach other subjects of Nourishing Security, that they are included within the “Package of Hygiene” and that we hoped is of general interest of all the professionals implied in the pig production.
Without reducing importance to the other subjects that are approached; a complete day dedicated to the Analysis of Markets, that include as important aspects as the Export, right now and in the future very near vital aspect for the Spanish pig production, Quality of the Meat of Pig and its influence in the commercialization of pigs in Spain, the Health of our production and like this being used like commercial barriers by our competitors, Analysis of international Markets, etc.
Without forgetting the day dedicated to environmental subjects and advantage residues of the production.
This with respect to pig, also we contract with days dedicated to the production and cereal markets and days dedicated to ruminant, bovine as ovine and as much goat.
