THE XLIII EDITION OF THE NATIONAL WEEK OF PIG CATTLE, SEPOR 2010, WILL BE CELEBRATED IN LORCA FROM THE 13 TO THE 16 OF SEPTEMBER PUTTING OF RELIEF THE QUALITY AND THE PUBLIC HEALTH

The National Week of Ganado Porcino (SEPOR), cattle contest that comes being celebrated in Lorca (Murcia) from the year 1968, celebrates its XLIII 2010 edition during the days of the 13 to 16 of September leaning in the great socioeconomic importance that the cattle ranch has in the Region of Murcia, the manager of the week event, Patry Bermúdez, affirms that SEPOR will continue being one of the cattle contests more veterans of those than they are pleased in Spanish territory thanks to the effort that realises all the sector doing possible that the farms of selection of pig, bovine, ovine and goat meet in Lorca; the machineries and farming material; the veterinary laboratories; as well as the meat industries or of fodder.

The preliminary program of SEPOR 2010 puts of relief the subjects that the Technical Days of Pig will try like more excellent. The 14 of September and within the subject markets and quality of the meat it will be spoken of the quality like internationalization tool, the technical concepts as pig meat, the tendencies of the market of the pig and which are their demands, that will struggle in round table. Also the subjects on cattle ranch and environment will treat. Wednesday the 15 of September days will concentrate in dealing the tie subjects with the feeding and the well-being and the 16 on the enteric process control and health animal.

SEPOR from their beginning, has centered their efforts in giving aid to professionals and cattle dealers, facilitating information and managing possible solutions to the problems of the sector. In their fairground the professionals of the sector find every year, between their facilities, with two pavilions for cattle, perfectly prepared. One of the pavilions dedicated to select pig reproducers and another one to bovine unit of, ovine and goat, as well as other two pavilions dedicated to the exhibition of all the companies, associations and organisms related to the sector.

Considering the origin of the exhibitors, as well as the international character of the cycles of conferences that take place in the fairground during the celebration of the contest, SEPOR is constituted as a place of encounter of national and international professionals of the cattle ranch.
