SEPOR 2010 jeopardize in preserving the health through the feeding
The University the International of the Sea will distribute in the Enclosure of Santa Quiteria a day on “Zoonosis, Health Animal and Public Health”
To increase the formation in the field of the feeding and the health and to define the situation present epidemiologist of different zoonoses as well as to know the risks associated, are two of the objectives that have taken to them to sign an agreement between the University the International of Sea and SEPOR so that it distributes day of 16 September the “program of zoonosis, health animal and public health” in which they participated expert in the subject between which it is named just Doctor Honoris Causa by the University of Murcia, Jose Manuel Vizcaya Sanchez who comes collaborating from 1990 with the Office the International of Epizootias (OIE) and with the FAO in several sanitary missions for the control of of infectious diseases and technological transference in diverse countries of Europe, America and Africa. From 1997 he is member of the Group of Investigation of the Joint European Union and the FAO for the fight against the aphthous fever, member Committee of scientific committee of the health commission animal and well-being animal of the European Authority of Seguridad Alimentaria (EFSA), and of the Scientific Committee of the Spanish Agency of Nourishing Security.
Patry Bermúdez, Manager of SEPOR considers vital to commit itself in the fight against the animal diseases, including which they are transmissible to the human being and who stops it becomes necessary to define the technical bases that they must sustain the confidence that we must have in the monitoring systems epidemiologist. Ever since Patry Bermúdez shows the management of SEPOR, the subject of the feeding and the public health next to the situation epidemiologist, have been and are considered the axis central to prevent the diseases.
